1. Scope
These GTC apply to all orders placed through our website. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Contract Partner and Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and United Natives Alliance. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation sent via email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are listed separately. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card and PayPal. The purchase price is due immediately and will be charged upon completion of the order.
4. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Delivery takes place within between five and seventeen business days. to the delivery address provided by the customer. Shipping costs depend on the order size and the delivery location and will be clearly displayed before the order is completed. If there are delivery delays, you will be informed immediately.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to (abd.elrahman.ibrahim@web.de). You bear the immediate costs of return shipping.
6. Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon receipt of the withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If the delivered goods are defective, you have the right to subsequent performance replacement. If subsequent performance fails, you can withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intentional and grossly negligent breaches of duty. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
9. Data Protection
We use your personal data only for processing your order and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can view this at any time on our website.
10. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of Germany applies to these GTC. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is München.
