1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you received the goods.  

2. Withdrawal Declaration

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). Please provide your order number, the name of the ordered product, and the reason (optional) for the return.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:  

• Products that have been made specifically according to customer specifications or are clearly personalized.  

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.  

• Audio or video recordings and software that have been unsealed.  

4. Return Conditions  

To receive a refund, the returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Items that are opened or damaged may be excluded from the refund or only partially refunded.  

5. Return Shipping Costs 

You bear the costs of the return shipment unless the goods were faulty or damaged. In the case of a justified complaint, we will cover the shipping costs.  

6. Processing the Return 

After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. If the goods are returned damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to partially refuse the refund.  

7. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
